Pre-Inspection. Everything is inspected to be sure it will clean safely including checking fibre type, shrinkage, colours and strength.
High-Filtration Vacuum. Then we vacuum with a commercial grade high filtration cleaning system. This step is very important as about 80% of soil is ‘dry’ and will vacuum out.
Protective Rubber Sheets. We lay rubber matting on top of your carpeting or hard floor to make sure that your flooring is protected at all times.
We use ‘Corner Guards’. Your wallpaper and paintwork is protected from damage with plastic guards.
Pre-Wash. Your fabrics are pre-washed ready for rinsing.
Pre-Spot Difficult Stains. Difficult stains are pre-treated ready for removal.
Soft Brush Agitation. A very important part of the cleaning process. Dirt does not just separate from fabrics. Soft brush agitation is like rubbing your hands while washing them. Soil is removed more thoroughly as well as lifting any pile beautifully.
Rinse. The expensive part of the process. Soil is now removed and the fibres rinsed with a van-mounted vacuum system that stays outside your home. All pollutants and ‘muggy’ air are completely removed from indoors. Because of this, furniture will dry much quicker.
We use a ‘Shearing Tool’. This rinses the cleaning solution ‘across’ the fabric leaving it cleaner and much, much dryer without wetting the down, feathers or foam inside of your cushions. This means that you can use them sooner.
Post Spotting. Any difficult stains remaining are attended to and removed if possible.
Post Grooming. Finally where appropriate, we set the nap of the fabric to leave it in best possible condition ensuring the fibres are as tangle-free and as ‘fluffy’ as possible.
‘Rapid-Dry’ System. We use special dryers to ensure quick drying of your upholstery so you can use it quicker.
Post Cleaning Inspection. A walk around of your cleaned sofas and chairs to ensure you’re totally happy.
Report Card. Finally, you will be left with a ‘Satisfaction Report Card’ to be sent back to us (complete with stamp) – we want to be absolutely sure you’re happy!
